QuoteBench helps tradespeople create, send and track quotes. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use QuoteBench.

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. After the trial, accounts move to the Free plan (3 quotes per calendar month) unless you subscribe.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (£24) or yearly (£240) through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the app or via your Stripe billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices include VAT where applicable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

QuoteBench uses AI to draft scopes of work and suggest prices from your own historical pricing. AI output can be wrong: you are responsible for reviewing every quote — including descriptions, quantities and prices — before sending it to a customer.

A quote you send is your offer to your customer. QuoteBench is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for its accuracy or fulfilment.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other users' data, no interfering with the platform, and no reselling access without our written agreement.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display it to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (including lost profits or lost jobs) and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using QuoteBench and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
